The OVO rotisserie makes it easy to achieve a perfect all-over finish to your meat over open flame ('direct cooking').  With the wedge shaped insert, you can cook with the lid down whilst ensuring optimal heat retention.  A steady rotation also helps to preserve the meat’s natural juices for an even and moist cook.
 
Note: Requires 240V mains power.  Suitable for large (21") OVO.
